1. Who we are
SimFlips is operated by a licensed motor vehicle dealership in the State of Georgia, located at 4757 Canton Rd, Ste #218B, Marietta, GA 30066. These terms govern your use of this website and of auction representative access.
2. What rep access is
Approved members are authorized to bid and purchase at dealer-only auctions as our representatives. Rep access is a service, not a dealer license. It does not make you a licensed dealer, it does not transfer any dealer privilege to you, and it may be revoked at our discretion.
3. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18 years old. Membership is granted only after an application, our review, document verification and a signed representative agreement. We may decline any application for any lawful reason.
4. Your obligations
You agree to log every vehicle you purchase, to stay within the weekly vehicle limit of your package, to pay all auction invoices and fees on time, and to comply with the rules of each auction house. Rep access is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or used on behalf of another party.
5. Fees and billing
Packages bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payment may result in suspension of auction access. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
6. Vehicles and risk
Vehicles are purchased at your direction and at your own risk. We make no representation about the condition, title status, value or resale potential of any vehicle. You are responsible for the full purchase price, buyer fees, transportation, storage and all costs associated with your purchases.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate rep access immediately for non-payment, failure to log purchases, repeated limit violations, misuse of access, or any conduct that puts the dealership license at risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
